Oranje Furniture Care recruits for sales, IT, customer care, warehouse and service roles. Hard roles get their own campaign, the rest go to job boards from one system.

Oranje Furniture Care received plenty of applicants through Indeed, but filtering them took HR a lot of time. What started as a pilot for one vacancy now runs every opening, from sales to field service, through one system.
Most applications came in through Indeed. The volume was high, but finding the right profiles took a lot of time and the procedures were outdated. At the same time, specialist roles such as a senior field account manager and a Salesforce developer were hard to fill.
After a pilot for a supply chain manager, Oranje moved its hiring onto the platform. The three hardest roles each got a Meta campaign and a candidate pool ranked on the role's criteria, while customer care, warehouse and service roles go out to job boards from one place. Every applicant gets a WhatsApp or email follow-up, and a new careerpage with stories from employees went live on Oranje's own domain.
The account manager campaign drew by far the most applicants at a low cost and moved on to interviews. HR now manages every opening and candidate in one pipeline.
