BF Global hires warehouse, cross-dock and office staff for three locations. Every opening runs through one system and the company's own channels instead of agencies.

BF Global received every application by email in one general HR mailbox and sent the hard-to-fill roles to recruitment agencies. With Applyfin, every opening now runs through one system, and most new colleagues start on the warehouse floor in Belfeld.
Applications for three sites came in by email in one general HR mailbox, without a talent acquisition system. Nobody could see which candidate was where, roles that were hard to fill went to agencies, and recruitment costs stayed high.
Applyfin started with an audit of the candidate experience: most vacancies showed no salary and the Dutch vacancies were missing from Google for Jobs. Every department then got its own pipeline in the Talent Acquisition System, all vacancies were published to Indeed and free job boards from a single place, and a knock-out question on travel distance screens out candidates who live too far from the warehouse.
The first applications arrived within weeks of launch, most of the hires went to the warehouse in Belfeld, and roles that used to go to agencies are now filled through BF's own channels. HR runs every opening in one place, and a new careerpage on BF's own domain is live.
