How Huisartsenzorg Twente found practice nurses in a one-month pilot

Scarce roles, no time to recruit

After a merger into one new brand there was no careerpage yet, and the HR team had no room for active recruitment. Practice nurses and physician assistants rarely respond to job ads, and joint regional campaigns generated little response.

A careerpage in the new brand and a campaign per role

Applyfin built a careerpage in the new house style and launched Meta campaigns for practice nurses and for nurse specialists and physician assistants at the out-of-hours GP posts, within 40 km of Hengelo. Screening questions verified BIG registration and training, every applicant got a WhatsApp message asking for a CV, and market research showed where these professionals work today and what they earn.

Interviews within the first month

Applications peaked in the first week, most of them through lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. Pre-screening separated qualified professionals from trainees, so HR could invite the strongest candidates for interviews within the month.
